In stock items will normally ship within 24-48 hours of order. Returns

Due to customization and on-demand nature of our products, returns are not generally allowed as customizations are created from information input by customers. Please contact us at contact@browndoggreydog.com if you believe your situation is exceptional. Brown Dog Grey Dog Custom Crafts, LLC reserves the right for any final determination for exceptions to this policy.
